The Magic of Tiramisù
Our Story
Once upon a time, in a kitchen filled with familiar aromas and old memories, Grandma Meri passionately dedicated herself to preparing our favorite dessert.
With the simplest of ingredients, egg yolks and mascarpone, she began to create her irresistible and incredibly soft cream.
Meanwhile, the Moka pot was bubbling on the stove, and the aroma of coffee filled every corner of the room. The long-awaited moment to soak the biscuits had arrived!
Layer by layer, the Merisù took shape, sweet and delicious as always.
At this point, Grandma Meri would ask us to close our eyes and make a wish, a ritual that added a touch of magic and complicity to every preparation.
Thanks also to the light dusting of cocoa, which in our eyes, embellished the dessert with that touch of enchantment.
Since then, our tiramisù has continued to tell the story of a kitchen rich in love and tradition.
